This in-person class is designed to help you walk into those first days with your baby feeling supported, prepared, and confident.

We’ll talk through what feeding really looks like in the early days—how to recognize what’s normal, how to get a comfortable latch, and how to build your milk supply in a way that works for you and your baby.

This in-person class is designed to help you create a clear, realistic plan for pumping, bottle feeding, and maintaining your milk supply.

We’ll walk through pump schedules, flange fit and output, bottle introduction, milk storage, and how to confidently prepare caregivers.

Starting solids doesn’t have to feel confusing.

This virtual class walks you through how to begin in a simple, realistic way—so you can feel confident feeding your baby.

We’ll cover readiness, first foods, how to approach purees or baby-led weaning, allergen introduction, and safe feeding practices.

You’ll have time for questions and real-life guidance—so you’re not left second-guessing once you get started.

You don’t need to do it perfectly—you just need a place to start.
